You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Users must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) to create an account. Where COPPA applies (US users under 13), parental consent is required and additional restrictions apply.
All platform content, including but not limited to software, design, logos, text, and course materials created by us, is the intellectual property of the company and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Course content uploaded by instructors remains the intellectual property of the respective instructor, subject to the licence granted to us to host and deliver the content to enrolled students.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without express written permission.
Course purchases are processed securely via Stripe (cards, international) or local payment methods. All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes.
Refund policy: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. Refund requests should be submitted via the support page.
Owner action required: Verify this refund policy complies with: Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), Kazakh consumer protection law, and any applicable digital content / e-commerce directives.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.
Sections on Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination of these terms.
